FAQ
Common Questions
Will the supplier be the exact factory?
Not always. Chinese platforms list both factories and trading companies. We tell you which one each listing appears to be.
What if you cannot find a match?
If we find no reasonable match for your link, we tell you and refund the fee.
Can I send several links?
Yes. Each product link is billed at $39. Send them all in one request.
