What if one factory is delayed?
When you order samples from several factories, we agree a dispatch deadline with each one upfront. If one is significantly delayed, we keep you updated and chase it in Mandarin.
Can you ship to any country?
DHL and FedEx cover most countries. If your country has import restrictions on your product type, we will flag that before booking the shipment.
