Fill in the contact form and describe what you need in plain English. A product link, photo, or document helps.

Get a fixed quote
We reply with the scope, the price, and the timeline in writing. Prices are the ones listed on our Pricing page unless the job is larger.

Confirm and pay
If the quote works for you, pay online using the payment link we send. Work starts once payment is received.

We do the work online
We work in Mandarin on Chinese platforms and chat apps. We do not visit factories or inspect goods.

You receive the results
Your report, translation, spreadsheet, or tracking number arrives by email, in English.

Questions and follow-up
Ask us about anything in the results. If something is wrong, we fix it. Refund rules are in our Terms.

Fixed prices
Every service has a price listed upfront. We confirm the final price in writing before you pay.
Everything in writing
Each task ends with a written summary of what was done and found, so you always have a record.
Online only
We work online in Mandarin. We do not visit factories or inspect goods. The only goods we touch are parcels we pass on, unopened, to your freight forwarder in China.
Clear refunds
Refund rules are written down in our Terms and Refunds, including what we refund before and after work starts.
