Common Questions
Is this the same as an on-site inspection?
No. We work online only. This is a video walkthrough, not a quality inspection. If you need goods checked against a standard, hire a third-party inspection company. We can translate their report.
What if the factory will not do a video call?
A factory that refuses to show its workshop is information too. We report that to you. If we cannot arrange any call, we refund the fee.
Can you confirm product quality or capacity?
We can tell you what we see and what the factory says. We cannot certify quality, capacity, or compliance from a video.
Can you see my goods being packed?
If the factory agrees, yes. We can ask them to show the packed goods on camera before shipment.
