Can you guarantee on-time delivery?
No. We cannot control the factory. What we do is ask every week and tell you early if something is late.
Do you check the quality of the goods?
No. We pass on what the factory shows us in photos and videos. For a quality check, hire a third-party inspection company. We can translate their report.
What if the factory will not send photos?
We tell you. A factory that will not show progress is a warning sign you should know about.
What if production takes longer than 4 weeks?
We quote the extra weeks before we continue, so there are no surprises.
