• Payment confirmation details from our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data your browser sends to our web host, such as IP address and device type, recorded in standard server logs.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To carry out the services you ask for and send you the results.
• To handle payment, refunds, and our records.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only when needed to do your request. This can include the suppliers or freight forwarders you ask us to contact, our website hosting and email providers, and our payment provider. When we contact a supplier for you, we share only what is needed for that task.

Some of these providers are outside your country. By sending us a request you understand your information may be processed in China and other countries where we and our providers operate.

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to provide the service and handle any questions or disputes, and for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data earlier, and we will do so unless we must keep it.
